Some of luxury Destinations in Uganda;

Bwindi National Park and Mgahinga

These two parks are located in western Uganda and that’s where visitors track Mountain Gorillas in Uganda. Gorilla permits are quite expensive each costing 800 USD. Deciding to visit these destinations for that main activity is not cheap idea.

Some visitors decide to do gorilla habituation in Bwindi which is more expensive than tracking costing 1500 USD per permit. This allows visitors 4 hours with gorillas than normal tracking for 1 hour after finding the gorilla family.

Kibale National Park

Kibale Forest is known to be home to 13 species of primates and the most popular is chimpanzees. Daily visits are conducted in kibale to track chimpanzees either in the morning or in the afternoon.

Chimpanzee permit in Kibale for international visitors cost 250 USD per permit. Permits are subject to availability and booking in advance is paramount. Besides chimpanzee tracking in Kibale, there is also chimpanzee habituation which cost 300 USD per person. This allows visitors more time with the close relatives of humans.

Kidepo Valley National Park

This is one of the remote National parks in Uganda. It is located in Northern Uganda. To travel to Kidepo by road, it is necessary for a visitor to have 5 days and above. Though it is remote, it is one of the beautiful parks in Uganda with great wildlife, Birds, beautiful landscape and unique culture.

Jinja

This is located in the Eastern side of Uganda. It is known for water-based activities like white water rafting, bungee jumping, Horse riding, Boat cruises, visiting the source of the Nile Ziplining, Nature walks in Mabira. Most luxury clients prefer to end with Jinja to relax from the long trips.
